  • Transit / Delivery Time: 5-7 days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 1:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)
  • Delivery Methods: Xpressbees, OnlineXpress, Ecom Express (India), FedEx (International)
  • Order Dispatch Delayed: If your package does not arrive by the expected delivery date, contact us at lollynutra@gmail.com

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Wrong Address or Change of Address

  • Wrong Address: If you provide the wrong address and the product cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. You are responsible for the full shipping cost in such cases.
  • Change of Address: Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact us at lollynutra@gmail.com or call +91 91555 11755 within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a package is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, contact customer service for the next steps.
